Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Lilac Market Headbands, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items. Please ensure all original tags are attached and the product is in its original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label; simply print it out and securely attach it to your return package.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to send your headbands back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
